Simplest High Amp Automatic Solar Light Circuit Diagram. Or 3.7 Volt to 12 Volt Solar Street Light Circuit Diagram; by "AMKP40 technology".
Friends this circuit works very well without any problem and very low voltage drop between LED panel and Battery for using MOSFET. This circuit for all types battery voltage between 3.7v to 12v battery and 5v Solar panel to 22v Solar panel. And you can notice in this circuit has 10 Ohm resistor with output pin, this is for only limit the current across the LED light panel and protect LEDs become fuse. And one more important thing is, in this circuit has no over charge/discharge circuit so you need before add a battery protection circuit with your battery.

ReplyDeleteThe circuit output is not as expected. Very low voltage coming at output making difficult to drive a 1watt led. Used a irfz44n MOSFET with a 680k resistor instead of 820k resistor. Rest every thing was the same. Please suggest where am I going wrong. Why led is not lighting up at full capacity. Used a 18659 battery to power the circuit.
